Settling Ties In Team Events

When a tie occurs in a team event, no matter how many teams are involved, the determination of a winner will be made by starting at step (a) and working through to step (d) until a single winner is arrived at.
(a) If the teams involved have all played each other, then if one team has won every one of those matches, then it shall be deemed the winner.
(b) If they are still tied or they did not all play each other, then the team with the greater overall total of IMPs shall be deemed the winner.
(c) If the teams are still tied, the applicable Swiss Points will be calculated. The team which played the stronger team will be deemed the winner.
(d) If the teams are still tied, the winner will be decided by a toss of a coin.
